Becoming a Travel Agent: About Our Founder
At the ripe old age of 16, Kristine traveled to France and Italy and was bitten by the travel bug. She wanted to go everywhere and became a certified travel agent while she was in college in 1989.
I treat your family like it’s mine.
For nearly 30 years, she has been planning trips and opened her own business, Unlimited Escapes in 2003 as a way to help continue her passion and stay at home with her growing family. At every opportunity, Kristine takes classes to stay current on travel trends, destination nuances and more and keep her certification current.
Traveling is one of my passions. I enjoy planning and booking vacations for clients because it gives me a way to live vicariously through someone else. The thrill starts with finding the best resort, cruise, or destination for the perfect trip. After my clients return from their destinations, it is great to hear about their journeys. Of course, I love going on vacations too! I specialize in luxury vacations, honeymoons, couples, groups, and family travel.
I have participated in a Certified Travel Specialist program and other ongoing industry training programs that allow me to provide you with superior travel service. I travel several times a year to inspect over 20 resorts for my clients. This allows me to establish and maintain my relationships with the resorts, along with seeing the properties first-hand. It gives me an up-to-date information to help me provide my clients the best options.
